Internet Journal “Culture and Security” was created under the Agreement on long-term scientific cooperation on March 25, 2015 between the Analytical Center for Strategic Research “Sokol” (Moscow) and the Chelyabinsk State Academy of Culture and Arts (Chelyabinsk).
The main objective of the project is to promote the values of culture as one of the most important components of the national security of Russia in today’s world order. Culture, cultural and moral values, education in the field of culture are now becoming a field of strategic research, which is considered the country’s achievement of excellence not only with the use of military force as means of cultural expansion.
The site publishes a selection of articles of the International scientific-analytical journal “Strategic Priorities”, which relates to the subject of strategic and political culture, the cultural and moral values, education.
For the convenience of users to develop the following functionality:
- full papers presented in graphical (* .pdf), and text (* .html) format;
- the titles of articles and annotations are published in Russian and English languages;
- a system of filtering on articles of one author and keywords (tags).
