In the report the theses of the theory of scientific knowledge dynamics and periodical scientific work explosions (the change of scientific paradigms is the result of them) are explained. The problem of the modern crisis in science is revealed, as well as the ways of its overcoming with the help of the change of scientific paradigms, a new paradigm complying with the realities of the XXI century is outlined. The process of the social science new paradigm shaping made on the base of several generations of Russian scientists’ work is described. The role of Russian academic schools in the shaping of a social science new paradigm is shown. The objectives for its spreading by information channels and in education, as well as the opportunities of the international cooperation in this sphere are determined.
