The article presents the results of the analysis of the structure and content of the complex of national development projects of Russia for the period up to 2024, which are currently carried out in accordance with the new strategy of innovative development of the country. The advantages and disadvantages of these projects, as well as their importance to achieve the main goals of scientific and technological breakthrough of Russia, set by President Vladimir Putin. A set of measures aimed at improving the efficiency of state management of the processes of implementation of the new development strategy of Russia is proposed.
