Analyzes the structure and content of issues and factors, which together led to a systemic crisis of Culture in the XXI century. It is shown that among them one can distinguish the objective factors, due to the growing population of the planet and the depletion of natural resources. However, no less important subjective factors associated with the development strategy of humanity, which more and more acquires the character of formation of the consumer society. Dangerous is the degradation of culture in Western countries, which led to the decline of moral norms of social behavior, the justification of violence and cruelty, diminishing the value of human life. This is what causes the confrontation of cultures of East and West, a regional war, the decline of moral standards in culture, degradation of personality.
