The problem of development is considered based on paradigm of trialectics – by resolution of contradictions on the basis of its harmonic synthesis. Scientific basis of social humanism is described. The following issues are considered: system theory of human capital, concept of national capital and quality of life, properties of social country, ideology of socio-humanism. Necessity of transformation of society of consumption to society of social humanism is shown.
