Considered predictable cultural consequences of globalization of society and shows, globalization will be one of the reasons the new humanitarian revolution, unprecedented in the history of mankind. This will be dominated by two opposing trends. One of them increases the stability of the international community as a complex system and therefore is positive. Another tendency, on the contrary, reduces this resistance. It is associated with the destruction of traditional national cultures under the influence of powerful cultural expansion of the U.S. and other Western countries. This trend is a threat to national and global security. Therefore, culture is one of the most important objects of national security, which should be under the special protection of the state.
